Wesley Alley Obituary

Wesley Gene (Sheen) Alley, 56, left home in Mineral Wells to go upstairs to shake hands with Jesus on Feb. 9, 2016.

Visitation is 12:30-1:30 p.m. Friday, Feb. 12, at Clarksville Funeral Home in Clarksville, Texas. Graveside service follows at 2 p.m. at the Detroit Cemetery in Detroit, Texas.

Wesley was born Dec. 23, 1959, in Leveland, Texas, to William (Tater) and Lois Harned. Wesley lived most of his life in Detroit, Texas, where he was either hunting or fishing, which he is doing right now on the Jordan River. He married Karla Ford in 1998, and together they had a son, Carlton. Wesley also helped raise Meagan Ford like like she was his own. He would give you the shirt off his back. He loved both his families and Jesus.

Wesley is survived by his mother, Lois Harned; sisters, Dawana Gill Alley and Melody Stone; brother, Leon McBee (Brenda), all from Mineral Wells; the mother of his children, Karla Ford Alley; son, Carlton; daughter, Meagan Ford Smith (Austin); granddaughter, Mollie Grace; and several nieces and nephews.

Wesley was preceded in death by his Dad; and both sets of grandparents.

Thank you to Vicki for all your love for Wesley, and to his friends who tried to help him with his addiction.
