Richardo G. Alvarado, 69, died June 1, 2010, in a Fort Worth hospital.. Mass is 10 a.m. Saturday, June 5, at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church with Father Jeff Poirot officiating. Burial will follow in Woodland Park Cemetery. The Rosary is 7 p.m. Friday at Baum-Carlock-Bumgardner Funeral Home.. He was born March 23, 1941, in Sinton, Texas, the son of Emilio and Julia Gutirez Alvarado. He married Isabel on June 3, 1962, in Sinton. He was a member of Our lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, The Knights of Columbus and the Cursillista.. He is survived by his children and spouses, Rudy and Lisa Alvarado, of River Oaks, Texas, Paula and Robert Gutirez, of Saginaw, Texas, John and Tammy Alvarado, of Burleson, Texas, and Jose Alvarado, of Mineral Wells; 10 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; sisters and brother-in-law, Mary Lou Zapata, of Plano, Texas, and Mary and Sonny Serna, of Sinton; and numerous nieces and nephews.. Plant a tree: How does it work
When your purchase is complete, a post will be made on the tribute wall of the deceased signifying the planting of a memorial tree.
An official certificate recognizing your purchase will be included with your email receipt. You can then forward the email to the family or print it and give it to them personally.
After an order is placed, our forestry partners will plant the tree in the area of greatest need (nearest the funeral home), according to the planting schedule for the year.
Due to seasonal conditions, the tree planting takes place during the spring and summer.

Planting will take place in Spring or Summer of the same year.
June - December
Planting will take place in Spring of the following year.
