Nelda F. (Hill) Teague Obituary
Nelda F. (Hill) Teague passed from this life on Sunday, October 8, 2023, at age 83. She was born May 3, 1940, to the late Ervin Hill and Minnie (Boyd) Hill. Nelda was predeceased by her husband, Phillip Teague. Together they had two children, Ricky Teague and wife, Becky, and Phyllis White and husband, Virgil. Nelda loved her children and five grandchildren, Phillip and Will Teague, Amanda Jackson, and Trent and Kevin Tiffin, as well as three great grandchildren, Katie, Sierra, and Andrea. Additional survivors include her brother, Don Hill.
Prior to her retirement, Nelda worked as a Social Worker. Throughout her life she was faithful to attend church, enjoyed rummaging around at garage sales, and drinking strawberry shakes. Nelda enjoyed watching the Family Feud game show and listening to Gaither Gospel Music.
A funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, October 14, 2023, at Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel, 913 North Elm Street, Weatherford, Texas 76086, officiated by Wesley Cummings, with burial to follow at East Greenwood Cemetery.
A time of visitation is scheduled from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Friday, October 13, 2023, in the funeral chapel's staterooms.
