Max Ratheal was a good friend, a mentor, and a peer. His knowledge of chemistry was shared with countless Weatherford College students over the decades. He took great pleasure in the success of his students in medical schools, vet schools, and other science intensive professional fields. He was an exceptional teacher in the classroom and a mentor to all students out of the classroom. His light continues to burn brightly in the lives of all the students he guided through the years. My condolences and prayers to the family.

What a great guy he was and he could always make a person smile. I am heart broken dearest friend. Simply heartbroken.
