I grew up with Marcus, his brother, and sister in Aledo. I vividly remember riding the old Bus Route 22A for many long miles at the beginning and ending of the school day with him. Then he got the famous silver Plymouth Road Runner! What a car! Marcus washed and waxed it constantly and everyone knew he was coming down Farm Road 5. Skipper Kongable and Marcus had the two hottest cars in our class, both MOPAR products. Marcus was an energetic, witty, humorous, modest, intelligent, and loyal friend. Truly a superstar of the Aledo High School Class of 1972. Will miss you, old friend. My condolences and prayers for all the family members. You all are in our hearts.
