Krystal Lee Shelton-Snyder and Cash Nolan Snyder
Krystal Lee Shelton-Snyder died in a tragic car accident, minutes from her home in Granbury, TX on Monday October 7th at the age of 39. Krystal's infant son, Cash Nolan Snyder, passed due to his injuries sustained in the same accident, while being held by his Father (Jason Scott Snyder) and Grandmother (Joye Arlene Shelton), at the age of 4 months.
Krystal was born on May 28th, 1980 in Weatherford, TX to Kenneth and Arlene Shelton. She attended and graduated from Weatherford High School (1998), Midwestern State University (2002). She finished with a Masters at the University of North Texas in 2006 with a degree in Fine Arts specializing in Ceramics and Photography. She married Jason Snyder, on October 30th, 2016. In addition to her art work, Krystal was employed as a medical biller at HCA Physician Services. Krystal was not defined by her work but by her creativity, love, and kindness that she shared with everyone. Cash Nolan Snyder was born to loving parents Jason and Krystal on May 14th, 2019. In his short time, Cash brought immense joy to everyone in his presence and to those afar that could see the happiness he brought to his parents. Krystal is survived by her loving husband Jason Snyder, her parents Kenneth and Arlene Shelton, brothers Michiel and Timothy Shelton, and sister-in-law Catherine Shelton, as well as extended family and friends. Cash is survived by his loving father Jason Snyder, and grandparents Kenneth and Arlene Shelton, Kym Thomas, Brad and Amber Snyder, David and Ann Nelson, as well as numerous aunts and uncles.
A memorial service is scheduled for Tuesday, October 15th, 10am at Galbreaith-Pickard Chapel in Weatherford, TX, with visitation the preceding evening Monday, October 14th from 6 to 8pm. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Krystal and Cash's life.
