Julia René Owens was born March 14, 1964 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and passed from this life on July 17, 2019 after a lengthy illness. Julie was preceded in death by her father, Ronald Keith Owens, Sr.; grandmothers, Ruby Phillips and Margaret Owens; and dear friend Raul Gutierrez. She is survived by her mother, Ruth Owens; her partner, Karen Grant; her Godson, Tyler Grant; her brother and sister-in-law Ronnie and Lisa Owens; and her niece and nephews, Taylor Stephens, Keith Owens, and Ryan Owens. The Memorial Service will be held at 2 pm on Saturday, July 27, 2019, in the Chapel at Clark Gardens Botanical Park, 567 Maddux Road, Weatherford, Texas 76088. Family and friends are welcome to attend, with a reception to follow at Clark Gardens Pavilion.
