Debbie Haines James Netterville, age 59, of Weatherford, Texas passed away at Harris Hospital in Fort Worth on February 3, 2021, after a month-long battle against COVID-19.

Debbie was born on July 25, 1961 to Ronnie Sr. & Juanita "Dickie" Haines in Fort Worth, Texas.

Debbie lived in Weatherford all her life and was a 1979 Weatherford High School graduate.

During high school, Debbie began working at Citizens National Bank, now known as First Financial Bank, and continued working there after high school, while attending Weatherford College.

Debbie devoted over 30 years to the bank and was currently serving as the Vice President of First Technology Services, Inc. for First Financial Bank.

Debbie was a registered tribe member of the Citizen Potawatomi Nation.

She enjoyed attending Native American dances and events and crafted dance clothes for her family.

Debbie enjoyed the time around Halloween, working at Hangman's in Fort Worth, and then decorating the yard at her home for others to enjoy.

Debbie will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Debbie is survived in death by her parents Ronnie Sr. & Juanita "Dickie" Haines of Weatherford, husband Kenneth Netterville of Weatherford, son Jesse James of Fort Worth, son Sam James and his wife Traci and their children Britton & Briley of Aledo, brother Ronnie Haines Jr. of Weatherford, nephew Alex Haines and his family, nephew Austin Haines, and many other family and friends.

There was a private family graveside service at Annetta Cemetery.

A celebration of life for friends and family is planned for May 15th at 2pm at the Aledo Church of Christ in Aledo.

A memorial fund has been established at First Financial bank to help cover final expenses and medical bills.
