Brandon Scott Ames, 27, passed away on August 15, 2021 in Aurora, Colorado. A private memorial was held on Friday, September 3, 2021, in Weatherford Texas. Brandon was born August 24, 1993, in Aurora, Colorado to Anthony and Danielle Ames. He attended Weatherford Schools through the 9th grade and Graduated with Honors from Crosstimbers Academy. Brandon had a passion for music - particularly his drums, playing in bands and attending concerts. He enjoyed playing video games, enjoyed sports including club soccer as a striker and as a referee and playing disk golf. He enjoyed many outdoor activities including fishing. Most of all, Brandon will be remembered for his "Big Heart" and for his passion for helping people.

Brandon is survived by his parents, Anthony and Danielle Ames, sister, Tara and husband Zakk; and his niece and nephew, Gage and Savannah; both by his grandmothers Ruby Ames and Veronika Mc Clure; and by numerous loving aunts, uncles, and cousins, and His Dog Clyde

Brandon was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Wilson Ames and Bill McClure.
