Bobbie Luellen (Lula)
February 28, 1945 - December 28, 2012
In loving memory of Bobbie Luellen who left this earth to be with Jesus on Dec. 28, 2012 and was born on Feb. 28, 1945.. She will be greatly missed by many. Bobbie was born to Robert and Mary Wright in New Orleans, La. and moved to Mineral Wells in 1983.. She worked at Lakewell House Assisted Living as the Chief Administrator where she retired. Bobbie loved her community and was involved in Zonta, Agape Ministries, Meals on Wheels, and the Mineral Wells Merchants Association.. Bobbie had a strong love for her family and she leaves behind her husband of 34 years, Tom Luellen. Three sons: Rob Moon and wife Debby, Marc Moon and wife Mistie, and Jason Luellen and wife Jamie. One daughter: Ginger Luellen. She had nine beautiful grandchildren: Ashlee Hopkins, Cheyanne Moon, Gatlin Simmons, Victoria Perrin, Cynthia Gonzalez, Lisa Taylor, Tim Moon, James Wyatt Luellen, and Julia Luellen. And one great-grandchild: Braxton Moon. She had four wonderful sisters: Emily Bailey, Mary Del Wright, Maria McGoldrick, and Susan Barker. Many nieces and nephews.. She was preceded in death by one daughter, Laura Lee Moon, and both parents.. The memorial service will be held at First Baptist Church on Thursday Jan., 3rd at noon. There will also be a visitation on Wednesday, January 2 from 6-8 p.m. at Baum Carlock Bumgardner.. Jeremiah 31:13. I will turn their mourning into gladness. Plant a tree: How does it work
When your purchase is complete, a post will be made on the tribute wall of the deceased signifying the planting of a memorial tree.
An official certificate recognizing your purchase will be included with your email receipt. You can then forward the email to the family or print it and give it to them personally.
After an order is placed, our forestry partners will plant the tree in the area of greatest need (nearest the funeral home), according to the planting schedule for the year.
Due to seasonal conditions, the tree planting takes place during the spring and summer.
Tree Planting Timeline
Orders placed in:
January - May
Planting will take place in Spring or Summer of the same year.
June - December
Planting will take place in Spring of the following year.
