WEATHERFORD - Billie Joe Taylor, 91, went home to Heaven on Sunday, Nov. 25, 2018 to live with the Lord.
Funeral: 11:30 a.m. Saturday in Mount Olivet Chapel. Interment: Mount Olivet Cemetery. In state Wednesday - Friday at Mount Olivet.
Bill was born on May 22, 1927 in Ardmore, Okla. He served in the United States Marines in World War II and the Korean War. He was a very well respected builder of fine homes for over 50 years. Bill and his wife, Dorothy, were members of Clear Fork Baptist Church in Weatherford.
Bill was preceded in death by his sister, Jacqueline Brown; and daughter, Robin Taylor.
Survivors: Wife, Dorothy Taylor; five daughters; 17 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and many beloved friends.
