Retired U.S. Navy CWO4 Phillip Randall Dalton Jr., 54, died Tuesday, Dec. 20, 2016.
Memorial service: 3 p.m. Thursday at White's Funeral Home, 130 Houston Ave., Weatherford, 76086.

Phillip dedicated his life to the U.S. Navy and retired honorably after 31 years of service. He also served as a volunteer paramedic in Virginia Beach, Va., for 12 years.
In his spare time, Phillip was an avid motorcycle rider, banjo player, mechanic, and scuba diver. But most of all, he was an inspiration to many.
Survivors: wife, Donna Logan Dalton; sons, Zachary Dalton and partner, Jake Koster, and Ian Dalton; stepchildren, Matthew Wisdom and wife, Lacy, Haley Julin and husband, John, Blake Wisdom and wife, Joann, and Aimee Steel and husband, Trent; 11 stepgrandchildren; parents, Phillip and Joan Dalton; grandmother, Amelia Sizemore; sisters, Debbie Dalton, Michelle Hicks and husband, Jimmy, Dr. Sandra Dalton, Patricia Welsh; many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and friends.
Service is in care of White's Funeral Home, Weatherford.
