Nimish was born on June 10, 1952 in Kalol, Gujarat, India, to Ramanlal Girdharlal Panchal and Subhadraben Ramanlal Panchal. As an ambitious and incredibly intelligent young man, he graduated in 1974 with his Bachelors of Engineering from Lalbhai Dalpatbhai College of Engineering in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, and set to work for a number of prominent engineering firms in Ahmedabad. He then met the beautiful Kailash Nimish Panchal of Mahemdavad, Gujarat, India and, after some short months of dating and family visits, married his bride on Oct. 17, 1980 in Mahemdavad, and promptly moved to the United States to fulfill his personal and professional dreams. Relocating to Dallas, Texas after working in Chicago, Nimish raised two wonderful children and settled into business after an initial career as an engineer with Lockheed Martin. First moving to Eastland with his initial investment, Nimish went on to purchase and develop multiple hotels in the Weatherford area, realizing great business success and fulfilling many dreams along the way.
Nimish was a devoted husband, father, father-in-law, grandfather, brother and son, a masterful chess player, an amateur tennis player, and a student of world politics, economy and business. His mind and actions always a step ahead, Nimish never failed to impress those around him with his intelligence and foresight, but also constantly reminded all that it was in fact his big heart, boundless optimism and tremendous humility that were his best qualities. Nimish Panchal leaves a record of passion, of devotion and of service that all can follow.
